One of the most historic and iconic tourist attraction in Acapulco is La Quebrada. Is is a geologic rock formation and is home to the world famous Acapulco divers. Divers perform a variety of diving
maneuvers from a height of 125 ft. The waves affect the depth of the water that the divers dive into. The diving spot can vary between 6 – 16 feet, so timing the dive correctly is critical. El Mirador Hotel and restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy the Cliff Divers show at La Quebrada.

Isla La Roquets is an Islands of the coast of Acapulco. You hitch a ride on a glass bottom boat, this gives you a view of the water life as you cruise to La Roqueta. The island is home to beautifulwarm sandy beaches, a zoo, restaurants and much more. The island is small and is home to many beautiful hiking tours for the outdoors tourist. Many quiet coves surround the island. The ticket costs you approximately U.S $5 per person.

The Costera or "the coast" of Acapulco offers a unlimited amount of activities for tourist; everything from water parks to horseback riding can be found in "the Costera"
